20ml Beefeater Gin
20ml St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
20ml Amaro Nonino
20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 bsp sugar syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine-strain into a chilled coupette.
Garnish with a twist of orange zest.
