Once upon a time, a young lad returned from a centre of learning and sought to find his way in the world. Trouble was, he wasn't totally sure how he'd go about doing that, so he got a job working in a bar.

Trouble didn't end there, because it turned out he was pretty good at it and he'd discovered a love of it, and love is where the trouble mostly starts.

As time went on, he thought it a plan to start writing about the thing he'd found a talent for.

And that's how we find ourselves here. Come on in, help yourself to a drink. There's not a lot in the way of food because, frankly, it's not that kind of blog.
